MutteringFog provides online design education services, including but not limited to UI/UX design courses, graphic design programs, web development training, mentorship programs, and related educational content. Our services are designed to help individuals develop their design skills and advance their careers in the creative industry.

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment: Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion.

Payment Terms: Course fees must be paid in full before the start of the course unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund policy from the course start date. Refunds are not available for courses that have been completed or for students who have accessed more than 20% of the course content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of MutteringFog or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Student Work: Students retain ownership of their original creative work produced during courses. However, you grant MutteringFog a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your work for promotional, educational, and portfolio purposes.

Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our course materials without explicit written permission.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MutteringFog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
